dylan - masters of war...

though not explicitly antiwar - the song i think of a lot - which i think ought be our national anthem - is woody guthrie’s this land is your land...

Check out “Universal Soldier” - just as appropriate now as when we were protesting viet Nam. Lyrics available on many sites. Wish we all could march and carry signs and sing to change the world - it worked in the ‘60’s. Are the young people too laid back? I’m afraid my age group won’t risk their positions, jobs or reputations. We didn’t care about that then.

Peace....

Beyond a doubt...”For What It’s Worth” (Buffalo Springfield). “Ohio” (Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young). “Get Together” (The Youngbloods). “Masters
Of War” (Bob Dylan). “The Feel Like I’m Fixin’ To
Die Rag” (Country Joe and the Fish). “Universal Soldier” (Donovan among others). “Turn, Turn, Turn” (The Byrds). “Fortunate Son” (Credence Clearwater Revival). “Imagine” (John Lennon). “What’s Goin’ On” (Marvin Gaye).”Freedom”
(Richie Havens)! DON’T GET ME STARTED!!! I’m just and old hippie!
