It’s not that I don’t want to write anymore. It’s not really that I don’t have time to write. It seems that I just don’t. For whatever reason. At work I’ll have these ideas and think that I’ll run home, take a shower and post something brilliant (for once). But it never quite works out like that.
The baby is amazing. She can really cry though! This morning I got up at 5:55 with them and did a little dancing to try and calm her down. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. This morning I lucked out.
I’ve also been working on getting some Dharma happening here in the Flathead. Bought a domain name and everything. Hopefully it won’t get back-burnered like it has before.

I’m the same these days. All these ideas at work, all these ideas when I’m driving my car, and when I get home all I want to do is lie down with a good book. It happens even with e-mailing these days.
Good luck with the domain. What’s a Flathead?
During those crying and sleepless moments, my daughter always calmed down to music, from Elvis, to ambient music to some of the newer indie instrumental rock bands. That and the itunes visualizer, a modern dad’s best friend.
Thank you! A Flathead is a Native American Indian tribe. It’s also the name of the valley in which we live. It includes Kalispell, Whitefish, Bigfork, Columbia Falls and a few other smaller communities.
