that long?

Nearly six months since the last post... Man, oh, man. Sometimes I wonder why I even have this site.

For my one reader, here’s an update: I bought a 1985 VW Vanagon. It ran great for one day, then just stopped working — in the middle of the highway. Towed it to the repair place and was back running for a couple of weeks. Then it stopped starting altogether. I managed to finally figure out why and it ran for a couple of months. Then my heads started leaking coolant (Vanagons are known for this). It is now sitting in my driveway where it will likely stay until after tax day and we can afford to get if fixed ($1500).

I’m still hanging cabinets, working for the same company. They made an offer I couldn’t refuse. It seems like I’ll be there for the conceivable future. Although I still have all the old dreams.
